Flavors & Memories, created by the Adus NGO, will have its third edition in the first half of 2024. After holding workshops with chefs, a recipe book will be the final stage of the initiative.

The event will bring representatives from 55 countries with lectures, musical performances, craft workshops, gastronomy, and other attractions from November 17 to 20.
The event will take place on August 10, with six establishments serving traditional dishes, as well as belly dance performances and a dabke circle.
First video premieres on Thursday with Syrian chef Salsabil Matouk. Videos aim to raise awareness on immigrants in Brazil, who will teach typical dishes from their countries together with Paola Carosella.
Event occurs this Thursday in São Paulo, and is organized by the student body FEA Social at the School of Economics, Business and Accountancy of the University of São Paulo.
Migrants and refugees will come together to cook traditional dishes and recipes from countries like Syria, Palestine, Nigeria, Congo, Venezuela and Colombia.
The event will take place at the headquarters of the Institute of Arab Brazilian Culture (Icab) on September 22, from noon to 5 pm, with sweet and savory dishes on sale and dance performances.
The Brazil-Lebanon Cultural Center hosts, in Beirut, three workshops with Brazilian chefs, starting this Wednesday (11).
