Egypt’s Export Council for Medical Industries and the Arab Brazilian Chamber office in Cairo agreed to cooperate to foster trade in medical products and investments between Brazil and Egypt.

Brazil imports items including NG tubes, catheters, syringes, reagents and medical instruments from the Arab world. These imports have slowed, due to less tests being performed and a strong US dollar.
