This year, shipments abroad are expected to record a 6.8% expansion over 2022, according to ABPA data through November. Iraq became Brazil’s 10th main importer this year. The UAE was the 2nd leading buyer, and Saudi Arabia the 4th.

Renewing its sector projects, ABPA and ApexBrasil also maintained the United Arab Emirates as one of the target export markets for poultry and Saudi Arabia for eggs.
The companies that participated in the show in Dubai through a partnership between ABPA and ApexBrasil made sales of USD 50 million in loco and are expected to make exports at an even higher value over the next twelve months.
The innovation is part of an action carried out by Brazilian Duck, a sectoral project to promote Brazilian products abroad. Tasting is being held during the show in Dubai.
