The Arab country had a lower trade surplus in the sector in May due to increased imports and decreased exports. The main purpose of the fish purchased from the foreign market by Tunisia is industrial processing.

The North African country is participating in the WTM Latin America for the first time, aiming to promote its destinations among industry professionals. A partnership with airlines will help boost visibility and drive further tourism growth.

The Arab country will have a booth and an official delegation at WTM Latin America, which takes place next week in São Paulo. The event will serve as a platform for establishing partnerships in the airline sector, meetings with operators, and cultural activities.
