Ricardo Penna is a gastronomic consultant specialised in meats and barbecues. After two years travelling all over the country, he has started winning the world. He recently coordinated the implementation of a barbecue restaurant in Italy, where he met businessmen from Saudi Arabia, and ended up signing contracts with restaurants in Canada and the United States.
