São Paulo – The exhibit AMRIK – Arab Presence in South America, was open to the public today (03), at the Bank of Brazil Cultural Centre, in Brasilia. The exhibit gathers pictures from 22 photographers from 10 countries. They registered images about the influence of Arab culture and traditions in South America. Historical images, such as the Beirut port, in 1930, are also part of the exhibit.
The show is one of the cultural events parallel to the summit for South American and Arab heads of state. The exhibit will be on until the 26th of June. It will be open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and the entry is free of charge.
