Tunisia opens tender for construction of refinery
The Tunisian government has opened an international tender for the building, administration and operation of an oil refinery 340 kilometres away from Tunis, the country capital. The production capacity will be 120,000 barrels of oil a day. The deadline for bid submission is the end of March and they may be by foreign companies.
