São Paulo – The United Arab Emirates government has announced that expats whose visas were due to expire on March 1 can extend their residency for three months without any additional fees. The information was published on Arab News. The decision is part of a series of orders issued by the country aimed at dealing with the impact of coronavirus.
The government has also agreed to waive fines relating to services provided by the Federal Authority of Identity and Citizenship – valid for three months from April 1. And permits, licenses, and commercial registers can be renewed three months, according to Arab News.
