This Monday (8) in your ANBA Bulletin: Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) will host the  2nd Future Investment Initiative (FII) from October 23 to 25 in Riyadh. The forum will bring together major investors, executives from multinational corporations and multilateral organizations. The Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce will be in attendance. “The Arab Chamber will be there, and we’ll discuss trade and investments with Saudi executives over breakfast,” CEO Michel Alaby said.

And the international leg of the premier coffee contest in the world, Cup of Excellence, will take place in Guaxupé, in southern Minas Gerais. Brazilian growers will have their coffees rated by 28 judges from countries including the  United States, Japan, China, Bulgaria, Russia, Australia, India and Germany. In 2017, the Brazilian winners got bids from corporate buyers in countries like Germany, Saudi Arabia and Australia.

And a group of small and medium business owners in Rondônia, Brazil will get training on how to do business in Arab markets. The Arab Chamber will deliver a workshop on October 15 at the headquarters of the Federation of Industries of the State of Rondônia (Fiero), in Porto Velho, in partnership with the Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service (Sebrae).
