São Paulo – The 62nd Damascus International Fair has been postponed as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Consulate General of Syria in São Paulo said. The trade show was slated for August 20 to 29. A new date is yet to be announced.
Held at the ‘Damascus Fair Grounds’ the capital of Syria, the multi-industry show gets strong visitor numbers. The Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce was a major exhibitor in last year’s edition, which featured delegates from 48 countries.
