São Paulo – São Paulo-based travel agency HR, which specializes in travel packages to Tunisia, has designed a website to promote the Arab country as a tourist destination. The portal (www.destinotunisia.com.br) aired last week and, in addition to photographs of local landscapes, it brings information on the country, the packages offered by HR and all of the differentiated travel options, such as golf and thalassoterapy.
The Routes section of the website showcases the choice of packages, including group, individual and honeymoon, the hotels and activities, lists good reasons to travel to the country, and provides details on the possibility of playing golf in style in Tunisia and taking thalassotherapy, a variety of body care using seawater.
The site also brings information on HR, which was founded by businesswoman Helena Romano, from the city of São Paulo, and a video about Tunisia, showing some of the attractions that can be visited. The next departure to the Arab country, as announced by the website, will take place on October 9th. According to Helena, the minimum number of passengers has already been reached.
HR has recently established a department exclusively geared towards Tunisia, and one of the professionals working at the agency is a Tunisian, Slim Fsili, who has lived in Brazil since 2007. He is in charge of the operational part of trips to Tunisia. In the Arab country, HR has a specialized guide for Brazilians, named Salem M. Barki.
HR promoted its first trip to Tunisia in 2007, and since then three groups have already been taken to the Arab country. Apart from operating as an agency, HR is also a tourism operator and then puts together packages that are sold by other agencies as well. The packages feature several attractions, including archaeological, cultural and historical, visits to sites of reference to the Muslim religion, trips to the desert and local fairs, among others.
