São Paulo – The company Anchor Allied is one of the leading manufactures of products such as spray paints, silicone sealant, and self-adhesive tapes in the United Arab Emirates and is preparing to enter the Brazilian market. The company, which works under the brand Asmaco, is based in Sharjah. It has been selling to Latin America for 10 years, in Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Ecuador.
“Since September of 2018, we’ve been studying the (Brazilian) market, looking for the best way to enter it. We are seeking distributors while also considering producing our own well-known brands in Brazil,” Anchor Allied managing director and owner AhmedAli Nalwala said to ANBA by email.
For Anchor, Latin America is an important market to expand business. In order to advance the project to enter the Brazilian market, the company already confirmed it will participate for the first time in a construction fair in São Paulo. It will be Anchor’s first time in Feicon Batimat, to occur from 9 to 12 April 2019.
According to Nalwala, the company bets it will find partners and buyers in the event. “Our expectation is to arrange good deals and distributors to Asmaco. It’s the first time we will participate in Feicon,” pointed out the Anchor Allied Factory owner and director. Feicon is specially focused on the construction retail, which represents 65% of its visitors.
