São Paulo – A Brazilian publishing house that specializes in publishing works by authors from the Middle East and North Africa, Tabla, has launched a book club in Brazil for enthusiasts of Arab literature to meet from time to time in order to share their love for these readings.
According to a press statement released by the publisher, Tabla’s Book Club aims to talk about the book manufacturing process, conduct guided readings, and fostering conversations with experts, translators, scholars and researchers on the historical contexts and topics. The publishing house also wants to receive feedback on the books from the readers.
