This is the first visit to the country by a Moroccan head of state. Apart from the agreement, which is going to start negotiations for a free trade agreement between the South-American bloc and the Arab country, Mohammed VI and president Lula are going to sign agreements in the tourism and diplomacy areas. Agência Brasil Brasília – Speaking at a meeting on educational policy, Brazilian president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva declared that his administration remains committed to the Millennium Goals, especially in the areas of education, hunger and misery.
