Company from Brazil to export more than 1,000 tons of banana purée to Arab countries
N&N Polpas e Frutas sold 5,000 tons of the product in foreign markets last year. About 180 tons went to the Arab countries, which use the purée to produce juice, ice cream, yoghurt and baby food. The factory aims to export 7,500 tons per year, where 1,500 tons would go to the Arab market.
