São Paulo – Embraer, The Brazilian aeroplane manufacturer company will participate, as of today (05) and up until Saturday (09), in a trade fair in the defence sector, “Defendory 2004” in Athens, capital of Greece. The company, based in the city of São José dos Campos, in the state of São Paulo, manufactures a series of aeroplanes for military use.
Amongst them there are the models based on the regional jet ERJ 145 used for aerial vigilance, over land or water. Aeroplanes of the sort have already been ordered by the Greek Air Force, and in the future will also be utilised by the United States Air Force.
Embraer also manufactures the ALX Super Tucano, turboprop aeroplane for training and assault and the AMX-T subsonic fighter plane for advanced training.
