São Paulo – The Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) signed an agreement on Thursday (22) with the Halal Institute, a training center specialized in the halal sector.
The agreement was signed during the Economic Forum Brazil & Arab Countries by ABCC president Rubens Hannun and Halal Academy president Ali Zoghbi, who signed it remotely. “We will work on training,” Hannun said.
Zoghbi said that the academy is a pioneering initiative in Latin America. “It is about spreading ethic practices that benefit humans and their health, their dignity,” he said. The agreement signed with the ABCC will redouble its efforts to take halal to the world, the Halal Academy president said.
