The Digitization Project of the Memory of Arab Immigration in Brazil has completed its first phase and makes available 100,000 digitized pieces. They include pictures and content written by Arab immigrants in their early years in Brazil. The link will be launched officially in an event on Saturday (26) at the Immigration Museum.

The Brazilian branch of the US-based company expects to import 100,000 tonnes of phosphate from Saudi Arabia this year. The company also buys lesser amounts of sulfur and monoammonium phosphate from the UAE.

This Wednesday, the Brazilian president participated in a recorded video in the Global Business Forum Latin America. He invited the participants to invest in Brazil and gave a brief overview of the government’s program in the area, highlighting the privatizations of electric company Eletrobras and the national postal service.
