Rabat – From January to July, 2,928,320 passengers traveled through the Marrakech Airport (picture above), in Morocco, a 21.5% hike over the same period of last year, according to data shared by the National Airports Office (ONDA, in the French acronym). The data was published this Monday (20) by news outlet Maghreb Arabe Presse (MAP).
In July, 374,176 passengers passed through the airport, up 15.93% over the same month of 2017. The Marrakech-Menara Airport is the country’s second-busiest, trailing only Casablanca’s.
