São Paulo – Dubai International Financial Centre will soon feature a new luxury hotel. The new Waldorf Astoria, part of the Hilton group, will be opened by the end of April, according to information from the hotel chain and the website Gulf Business.
Located at Burj Daman on Happiness Street, the property includes 201 rooms, 46 suites and 28 residential apartments. The style was inspired by 1960s New York. The first Waldorf Astoria is a landmark of the American metropolis.
It is going to be the first Waldorf Astoria city hotel in the United Arab Emirates. The brand also operates two resorts in the country, one in Dubai and another in Ras Al Khaimah.
Amenities include a spa, a fitness center, a business center, ballroom, library as well as three meeting spaces. The hotel will have three restaurants and bars including Bull and Bear, the rooftop lounge St. Trop, and the Peacock Alley Lounge and Bar.
