São Paulo – The Federation of Muslim Associations in Brazil (Fambras) and the Brazilian Agriculture and Livestock Confederation (CNA) are offering the online course “The Islamic world – opportunities and challenges for Brazilian agriculture,” starting on Thursday (6). Classes will be held using the Zoom platform, registration is available free of charge, and certificates will be made available upon conclusion.
Subjects covered will include food and beverage consumption trends, specific certifications for Islamic markets, and foreign direct investment attraction. Classes will run from 9 am to 10:40 am on August 6, 13, 20 and 25. The course relies on support from Academia Halal do Brasil and the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC).
Arab Chamber president Rubens Hannun will speak on August 20 and discuss the opportunities and challenges for the Brazilian agribusiness in halal food international trade.
