State of Amazonas discusses participation in Expo 2020

The head of the office of the government of Amazonas in São Paulo, Alfredo Lins, met this Thursday (19) with executives from the Arab Brazilian Chamber office in Dubai and discussed opportunities at the world’s fair.

São Paulo – The head of the representative office of the government of the state of Amazonas in São Paulo, Alfredo Lins, was welcomed on Thursday (29) by executives of the international office of the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Lins met with the advisor for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, Iraq, and Yemen of the ABCC, Shaheen Ali Shaheen, and the institution’s international business analyst, Mariana Marques.

Lins got an overview of the ABCC’s work in the region and addressed possible opportunities for the state of Amazonas with its likely participation in Expo 2020 Dubai. The world’s fair will occur from October this year to March 2022 in the UAE.
