Patricia Teixeira Santos, History Ph.D. from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF), was nominated for an award by the Engineering and Medical Sciences Academy, which brings together Sudanese and European universities researching the Arab country.

With the initiative, the organization seeks to assess contemporary Arab culture in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, and Colombia. The launch took place this Monday (22) at the Arab Brazilian Chamber headquarters in São Paulo.

The potential for a more strategic relationship is significant, emphasized Khaled Hanafy, secretary-general of the Union of Arab Chambers at the Economic Forum Brazil & Arab Countries. In a panel, executives from the Chambers of Oman, Bahrain, and Jordan spoke on the future of this connection.

Research shows the presence of two peregrine falcons subspecies in the country. Louise Mamedio Schneider and Erika Hingst Zaher analyzed the birds’ habits, dietary patterns, and migration periods to Brazilian states.
