With an increasingly young population, Arab and Muslim countries seek practicality in consumption, pointed out a debate on the first day of the Global Halal Brazil forum. The hybrid event ends on Wednesday (8).

The country must promote its goods and services to countries it wants to sell to. So said the participants of the panel ‘Agribusiness: Brazil and its Leading Role in the Halal Market,’ during the first day of the Global Halal Brazil forum.

In the opening ceremony of the Global Halal Brazil forum, Arab Brazilian Chamber president Osmar Chohfi presented good prospects for the halal market. Agriculture minister Tereza Cristina participated remotely and underscored the magnitude of Brazil as a supplier of certified products.
