São Paulo – Viracopos International Airport in Campinas, São Paulo, was ranked as the best airport in Brazil in a passengers’ satisfaction pool carried out by the country’s Ministry of Infrastructure. The survey covers the last quarter of 2018 and was carried out in 20 airports. In 24 editions, this is the eightieth time the airport ranked first on client satisfaction.
The survey is made with grades ranging from one to five. The airport received a 4.8 in general satisfaction of the passenger. Out of the 38 indicators in the survey, Viracopos ranked first in 19, with good grades in points such as “queue time in the security inspection” (4.89), “cordiality and assistance from the check-in employees” and “overall cleanliness”, both with 4.85.
