The food that sprouts in the drought

In the Brazilian semiarid the sun is strong, the temperature high, the soil not very fertile, and the rain little. However, the region harvests and picks, raises and slaughters. Through the use of simple technologies and great persistence, the sertanejos (those who live in the region) show that it is possible to produce food on dry land. ANBA is going to tell, starting today, in a series of articles, the experiences of those who farm the semiarid.
