Brasília – The Foreign Ministers of Brazil, Celso Amorim, and Jamaica, Anthony Hilton, will sign today (15) a clause for technical cooperation complementary to the agreement for increasing sugar production and the development of the ethanol industry in Jamaica. The clause will be signed at 2:00 pm at the Itamaraty Palace, head office of the Ministry of Foreign Relations.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Relations, both countries are interested in building a closer relationship in the biofuels sector, a deeper collaboration in the health – HIV/Aids field and in the clinical approach to sickle cell anaemia – and exchanging experience on the cultivation of tropical fruits.
