São Paulo – Meatpacker Minerva Foods’ revenue rose 2.4% in the second quarter of this year from the same period last year, reaching BRL 15.1 billion (USD 2.9 billion). Exports from all its units accounted for 56.6% of revenue, totaling BRL 8.5 billion (USD 1.6 billion), up 7.4% year over year. Minerva Foods operates production plants in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Chile, Uruguay and Australia, processing beef and sheep meat.
In the 12 months ended in the second quarter of 2026, Minerva’s revenue reached BRL 60.9 billion (USD 11.8 billion), up 29.3% from the previous year. The Middle East accounted for 11% of the company’s consolidated exports during the period, up from 10% in the 12 months ended in the second quarter of 2025. Africa’s share rose from 3% to 4%.
Minerva Foods is a publicly traded company whose major shareholders include Saudi agricultural investment firm SALIC. Salic holds a 24.34% stake in the company’s common shares.
