Annex II of the Lower House, in Brazilian capital Brasília, is going to be brightly coloured up to April 03. Arab paintings, pictures, typical garments, porcelain and sculptures will be exhibited. It is the art of the Arab world. An exhibition about the matter was opened yesterday at the site to celebrate the anniversary of the League of Arab States. The items may be seen by the general public.

The statement was made yesterday (21) by the president of the Brazilian Lower House, Arlindo Chinaglia, during the opening of an Arab art exhibition. Held at the Cultural Space of the Lower House, the exhibition is part of the activities of the Arab Day, a celebration of the anniversary of the League of Arab States, and recalls Arab immigration to Brazil.
