Foreign direct investment in Brazil reached US$ 3.4 bn in April

Brasília – Foreign direct investment in Brazil reached US$ 3.409 billion in April this year, according to figures disclosed today (26) by the Central Bank. In April 2008, this value was greater, US$ 3.872 billion.

From January to April this year, the foreign direct investment reached US$ 8.751 billion, against US$ 12.671 registered in the same period in 2008.
