São Paulo – Seven Brazilian companies which joined the mission to Jordan and North Africa organized by the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce are expecting to see USD 5 million worth of deals over the coming 12 months as a result of contacts made during the trip last month. The expectation was made public by the Chamber this Wednesday (16).
The delegates have been to Jordan, Egypt (pictured above), Tunisia and Mauritania. In each of those destinations, they met with executives, industry-specific and state-run entities, in addition to making technical visits and having meetings at the Brazilian embassies.
The Brazilian companies in the group deal in items like cosmetics, meats, coffee, soybeans and livestock.
The Brazilian executives traveled alongside Arab Chamber international business executive Fernanda Baltazar. All participants said the trip was successful.
