São Paulo – Oil output reached 2.595 million barrels per day last November in Brazil, the Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) reported. The volume was down 1.2% from the preceding month.
Natural gas output also dropped, to 113 million cubic meters per day, down 1% from October and up 2.1% from November 2016.
Total oil and gas output amounted to 3.308 million barrels of oil equivalent per day – boed, the standard unit equivalent to the energy to be obtained by burning one barrel of crude.
