Rio de Janeiro – Petrobras released a statement on Thursday (1) evening reporting the closing of issuance of USD 2 billion in bonds abroad, with maturity in 2019. The operation was made via the wholly-owned subsidiary Petrobras Global Finance B.V. (PGF).
According to the state-owned company’s statement, the operation was priced on January 25, 2018, and the demand for the bonds exceeded five times the offer, with more than 300 orders sent by investors from the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
