Rio de Janeiro – Petrobras completed negotiations for the sale of the company Nova Transportadora do Sudeste (NTS), which operates the state-owned company’s network of gas pipelines in Brazil’s southeast. The negotiations with the company Brookfield were reported this Thursday (8) to the Securities and Exchanges Commission (CVM).
“With all phases foreseen in the process of Petrobras’ disinvestment met, the final terms and conditions of the operation will be submitted to the deliberation of the companies’ statutory bodies and, if approved, will be, in due time, reported to the market”, says the statement. The sale is part of the state-owned company’s disinvestment program.
