International Innovation Award for Sustainable Food and Agriculture is receiving nominations until February 2018.

The Global Teacher Prize was created by the UAE prime-minister and vice-president Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Débora Garofalo from São Paulo and Jayse Ferreira from Pernambuco are among the 50 finalists.
The award is given to individuals or institutions that have contributed to the spread of the Arab culture. Submissions by Brazilians must be forwarded to Brazil’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Itamaraty) until August 15.
Companies, research organizations and high schools from across the world can take part. Free entries are open until August 9. The Awards’ fund is of USD 3 million.
