Adding attractions to leisure routes, gaining international recognition for a tourist village, and launching preservation projects are among Jordanians’ measures and achievements to boost the sector. The country welcomed 540,000 visitors in October.

Participating in the ABAV Expo, held in Brazil’s Rio de Janeiro city, the Moroccan airline met with travel agencies, laying the groundwork for the launch of the route between Morocco and Rio. The company already operates the direct São Paulo–Casablanca route.

The Secretary of International Relations of Brazil’s Ceará sate, Roseane Medeiros, visited the Arab-Brazilian Chamber and discussed joint actions to grow her state’s economic relations with Arab countries.

Companies from the Arab country have laid the cornerstone for the Bahrain Surf Park – Club Hawaii Experience, which will feature a pool with technology capable of generating up to a thousand waves per hour. The goal is to attract surfing tourists.
