Industry seeks professionals with increasingly higher skills
The growth of civil construction has generated employment, but more than labour force, the sector companies are seeking a complete worker who, in addition to being familiar with the technique of his profession, possesses management skills. This is reflected in the increased demand for training courses, such as those administered by the National Service of Industrial Education.
