Next Monday, Amr Mussa is going to meet in Brazilian capital Brasília, with president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and with Foreign Minister Celso Amorim. On Tuesday he will visit São Paulo, in the southeast of the country. A career diplomat, Egyptian Mussa has been the secretary general of the League since 2001.
