São Paulo — Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is offering more than AED 3,000 in benefits—equivalent to about USD 817 at Wednesday’s (22) exchange rate—to residents who attract visitors to the emirate, according to Visit Dubai, the emirate’s official tourism website operated by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
Called “A Dubai Invite,” the campaign applies to visits arriving between July 20 and October 31 this year. According to Visit Dubai, participating residents will receive benefits redeemable for hotel stays, dining experiences, attraction tickets and more when they invite visitors to the emirate.
Foreign residents and UAE citizens aged 18 or older with a valid Emirates ID are eligible to participate by inviting visitors. The invited guests must not be UAE residents and must either hold a valid tourist visa or be eligible to obtain a visa on arrival.
According to Visit Dubai, residents may invite as many visitors as they wish, up to five at a time, and can submit additional applications to add more guests. Each resident is eligible for up to three benefit packages. Visitors may arrive by air, sea or land.
Invited visitors must be registered by September 30 this year. According to Visit Dubai, arrivals are automatically detected by the program upon entry into the emirate. The benefits may be redeemed through December 31, 2026, including after the visitor has left.
