The performance was impacted by the financial sector, which registered a deficit of USD 8.928, while the comercial sector had a surplus of USD 4.627 billion.
In the first half of the year, the foreign exchange balance registered a USD 7.478 surplus. The financial sector had a deficit of USD 24.051 billion, while the commercial sector registered a surplus of USD 31.529 billion.
