Rio de Janeiro – The Brazilian oil company Petrobras reached an output level of 2.1 million barrels of oil processed per day. The result follows a series of other all-time highs earlier this month.
According to the government-owned company, record highs were reached on the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th this month. Processed output reached 2.054 million barrels of oil derivatives on the 9th, 2.056 million barrels on the 10th, 2.091 million barrels on the 11th, and the processed volume on the 12th was the highest ever for the company, at 2.101 million barrels of oil derivatives.
The previous record had been set on June 18th, when Petrobras’ refining units in the country processed 2.035 million barrels per day.
