On a visit to Brasília, the Chamber’s president Osmar Chohfi, secretary-general & CEO Tamer Mansour and Institutional Relations director Fernanda Baltazar met with the 19 Arab ambassadors to Brazil and federal government authorities.
The project to create the group had already been approved by the Senate in July. The initiative aims to foster international cooperation between parliamentarians from both countries.
The group will work to build an interparliamentary cooperation service to advance bilateral relations between the legislative branches in both countries.
