São Paulo – The 24th World Poultry Congress should take place from the 5th to the 9th of August at Bahia Convention Centre, in Salvador. The meeting is the most important in the sector and should receive 9,000 visitors, as well as 4,000 congressmen from the whole world.
The themes of the meeting will be the productive chain and the poultry and egg industries. The congress is promoted every two years by the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA) and in Brazil it is organized by the Apinco Foundation for Poultry Science and Technology and Brazilian Poultry Union (Ubabef).
