São Paulo – The São Judas University, in São Paulo, will hold, as of tomorrow (20) a fair on foreign trade with the theme "Brazil and the Arab World". Starting today (19) at the university will also be held a seminar under the same theme, exclusively for the pupils. The fair is directed to the public in general, especially micro and small entrepreneurs, and has the aim of instructing them about trade with the Arabs.
The Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce will have a stand at the exhibit. In that space will be professionals from the entity advising the businessmen on how to deal with the Arabs. About eight companies and associations will have stands at the exhibit. The trade fair ends on Thursday (22) and takes place between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m., at the ground floor at the University. Enrolment is not needed and there is no participation fee.
Also participating at the seminar as lecturers, will be two directors from the Arab Chamber; the Marketing director Rubens Hannun and the former president and current treasurer Paulo Sérgio Atallah. The seminar starts today and follows through until Friday (23). Paulo Atallah will speak tomorrow evening about "Transculturality in Trade" and Hannun will hold his presentation on Thursday, also in the evening, on "International Marketing – Arab Chamber Case". Today, the presentations start with the theme "Shock of Civilisations", which will be approached by the sheikh Salah A. Sleiman.
