In the Northeast of Brazil, the petroleum of the dinosaurs
When searching for water, farmers found oil in the underground of the Vale dos Dinossauros (Valley of the Dinosaurs), in the city of Sousa, interior of the northeastern state of Paraíba. It is not certain yet that the oil is commercially viable, but the possibility is being verified by the National Petroleum Agency. However the local residents are celebrating, since the owner of the land has the right to a participation in what is extracted and the city to royalties.
