São Paulo – The University of Vale do Itajaí (Univali), in Itajaí, Brazil, and the American University of Sharjah (AUS), in the United Arab Emirates, will sign a technical cooperation agreement on Wednesday (10). The signing ceremony will take place at the headquarters of the Brazilian Academy of Letters (ABL) in Rio de Janeiro.
According to information provided by the Brazilian Academy of Letters, the agreement provides for the promotion of academic exchange, the sharing of knowledge in the field of education, and the development of joint programs between the two universities.
“By supporting this initiative, the ABL is helping strengthen educational ties between Brazil and the UAE,” the academy said in a statement released on Monday (8). According to the institution, UAE Ambassador Sharif Essa Al Suwaidi will attend the event.
