A Brazilian authority in Egyptian archaeology, Antonio Brancaglion Junior, a Professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and at the University of São Paulo, wants to take Brazilian students to carry out excavations in Egypt. They would work with Frenchmen already operating in the region. Brancaglion, an Egyptologist, is seeking sponsors for the project.
