National Museum will hold four days of lectures and discussions on the culture and history of Ancient Egypt in December. Scholars from Brazilian universities will participate.

The event celebrates the 50th anniversary of independence. There will be photography exhibits and music presentations in Brasília, from November 16th to 25th, and in São Paulo, from the 25th to 28th.
