São Paulo – The Brazilian Association of the Industry of Medical, Dental, Hospital and Laboratory Articles and Equipment (Abimo) announced this Thursday (15th) importers from Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon Morocco and Tunisia were invited to Hospitalar, health segment fair which will take place from May 20th to 23rd, in São Paulo.
According to the organization, these countries are part of the group of highly interesting markets for Brazilian exporters. Overall, Abimo invited foreign buyers from 21countries.
Besides the Arabs, businessmen from South Africa, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Iran, Mexico, Nigeria, Panama, Peru, Kenya, Russia, Turkey and other countries will attend the fair.
The association will hold matchmaking rounds between these importers and Brazilian companies in a project made in a partnership with the Brazilian Export and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brazil). The association expects to earn US$ 20 million in business.
Last year, the fair gathered 1,250 Brazilian and foreign exhibitors and received 90,000 visitors, according to information from the event’s website.
