São Paulo – Brazil is listed at the 42nd spot in the Global Dynamism Index (GDI) ranking, done by consulting firm Grant Thornton International. The survey, which analyses the period from 2012 to 2014, rates the environments for business growth in 60 of the world’s main economies.
Singapore tops the list due to a strong environment for funding and regulation. Brazil improved in several categories analyzed by the survey, especially in work area and human capital, in which the country went from the 53rd to the 41st position. There was a fall of nine positions (from 45th to 54th) in the economy and growth category.
